King's Academy has been many years in the making. When we look at the state of education for African American adolescents, the need for a new plan becomes strikingly clear. Based on principles of non-violence, community action, and identity development, King's Academy students will receive a world class, rigorous, and self-affirming education. Banneker Event
It was a pleasure to honor so many young students for their achievements in mathematics. The Banneker event was held on Friday, April 23rd in the Warren Auditorium at the University of San Diego.
