On my summer reading list. How do countries outside of the US deal with their increasingly diverse populations? Also, how do they address issues of race, culture, language, etc. even when they are mono-cultural?
I look forward to reading this handbook.
Enjoy!
The Routledge International Companion to Multicultural Education (Hardback) - Routledge
King's Academy has been many years in the making. When we look at the state of education for African American adolescents, the need for a new plan becomes strikingly clear. Based on principles of non-violence, community action, and identity development, King's Academy students will receive a world class, rigorous, and self-affirming education. There's so much more to King's Academy! Check us out and join in this significant, long-overdue work.
